- On behalf of represented Company opening, transfer and closure stages of workplace's SGK (Social Security Institution) registration operations,
- Implementing employment procedures within the preset legal periods,
- Guidance in the preparation of Employees' Personnel Files,
- Computing severance payment and payment in lieu of office for the personnel who will quit the job,
- Preparing the documents to be signed/presented to the personnel having quit the job,
- Notification of employment end dates within legal periods,
- Preparation of personnel salary payrolls as stipulated under effective laws and regulations,
- By virtue of the variety that is granted by our technological substructure, transferring the payrolls to the employees in the way approved by the customer,
- Issuing SGK Statements on the basis of effective decrees on incentives and notification to Social Security Institution,
- Issuing payment accrual data to the Company within reasonable time limits,
- Monthly notices to the Turkish Employment Agency,
- Preparing miscellaneous declarations and forms to be presented to government agencies,
- Offering assistance in responding to employees' inquiries on computations,
- During the stage of paying employees' wages providing assistance via sharing the list or completing the bank format,
- Organizing in tandem with Company Management the strategies and taxational advantages in payroll matters,
- In the aftermath of wage payment stage, transmission of the report agreed with the Company to the selected authorities without violating terms of nondisclosure in the preset method as specified in the contract,
- Preparing receipt of accrued payroll essential for financial accounting in the most appropriate manner to meet the codes of company registration and the applications of profit/loss center,
- Consultation to serviced companies on the matters of Labor Laws and practices, notifying the Companies about effectuated practices and legal changes via bulletins.
